A Fort Dodge man was recently arrested for child exploitation and child pornography charges. According to an executed arrest warrant, Bryan Richard Gaillard was taken into custody in Fort Dodge by United State Marshal Service.
According to the indictment, Gaillard was arrested for sexual exploitation of a child, receipt of child pornography, and possession of child pornography. The indictment alleges Gaillard coerced a minor under the age of 18 to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions. Gaillard is also accused of receipt and possession of child pornography.
