Autozone Development LLC has purchased the lot situated at the Southeast corner of 1st Avenue South and South 27th Street – Just West of UnityPoint Clinic Express. No official announcement of the sale or future plans have been made.

According to AutoZone’s website, they are aggressively opening new AutoZone stores. Their Store Development department considers hundreds of locations each year to accommodate their expansion needs.
