Fort Dodge Fire was summoned to an early morning house fire early this morning.
Right around 02:30 AM, Fort Dodge Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 1320 North 22nd Street in Fort Dodge.

A second alarm was activated, recalling four off-duty firefighters to staff the station and respond to any subsequent calls. Fort Dodge Firefighters Local 622 stated five 911 medicals were made during the course of the fire.
The press release advised the cause of the fire remains under investigation. The Fort Dodge Fire Department was assisted at the scene by the Fort Dodge Police Department and MidAmerican Energy.
