The Webster County Board of Supervisors have given notice of a workshop ahead of their regular monthly meeting tomorrow morning.
Item two on the agenda states “Discussion with City of Fort Dodge and Scott Stevenson -Loan agreement information”.
The agenda gives no other substance of the nature of the meeting. Recently, Webster County had been working with the City of Fort Dodge in the area of Corridor Plaza, including providing financing in the form of an Economic Economic Development Loan. The support agreement behind the economic development loan did have references in it to M & M LLC, the developer behind the Pavilion project at Corridor Plaza.
The meeting will be at 9:15 AM in the Board of Supervisors’ Room at the Webster County Courthouse. Most Webster County meetings are streamed on a Facebook Page. The posted meeting agenda also contains the following Zoom link:
