A piece of property within Corridor Plaza recently sold, according to online records. The lot, situated just East of DaVita Renal Center of Fort Dodge, sold last month to D7-5 LLC out of Minneapolis Minnesota. No official announcement of the sale or future plans have been made.
D7-5 LLC owns a property in Boone, as well as a property in Altoona. Both of these properties are home to a multinational fast food chain, owned by Fourteen Foods, according to their website.
Fourteen Foods boasts an impressive portfolio, owning and operating over 240 locations in the Midwest and South. Visitors to their website are invited to “come and see [their] soft serve artists and chicken strip basket crafters create everyday magic”. Will this information shine some light on the next business coming to Corridor Plaza? I guess we will have to wait and see.
