A Carroll woman has been charged with arson in regards to a Webster County incident this last weekend.
A Webster County Deputy charged 39 year old Nakeisha Naomi White, of Carroll, with 1st degree arson. The incident occurred early Saturday morning a Lotus Community Project property. White was taken into custody to the Webster County Jail, where she remains in custody.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
