Fort Dodge Fire was dispatched to a structure fire Saturday morning.
The call came in around 10:24AM for a report of a structure fire in the 400 block of South 15th Street. When fire units arrived on scene, they found a small garage and lean-to were heavily involved, as well as a side by side and a vehicle.
The fire was reportedly under control within minutes of arrival, preventing the fire from spreading to the home. Two fire engines were on other assignments, and responded from other locations in town.
A Street View image from Google Maps from May of 2024 shows some sort of non-conforming structure on the property.
No official word on cause has yet been released.
