Webster County School Performance Profiles release by Department of Education

The Iowa Department of Education recently released their 2024 Iowa School Performance Profiles. The performance profiles show how public schools performed on required measures. Schools are given an Overall Performance Score, which determines  the rating category for a school. The categories are as follows:

Exceptional = 78.25% and above.
High Performing = 69.60% – 78.24%
Commendable = 60.95% – 69.59%
Acceptable = 52.30% – 60.94%
Needs Improvement = 42.37% – 52.29%
Priority/Comprehensive = 42.36% and below

Butler Elementary School – Priority – 45.01%
Cooper Elementary School – Needs Improvement – 47.19%
Duncombe Elementary School – Priority – 48.09%
Early Childhood Center – Needs Improvement – 79.82%
Feelhaver Elementary School – Acceptable – 58.97%
Fort Dodge High School – Priority – 51.82%
Fort Dodge Middle School – Priority – 50.94%

Manson Northwest Webster Elementary – Acceptable – 57.54%
Manson Northwest Webster Junior High / High School – Priority – 55.52%

Dayton Center – High Performing – 75.66%
Southeast Valley Elementary – High Performing – 78.07%
Southeast Valley High School – Needs Improvement – 54.24%
Southeast Valley Middle School – Needs Improvement – 56.59%

Stratford Elementary – Commendable – 65.11%
